Bangalore, Oct 22 (PTI) Spiritual leader and founder of Art of Living Foundation Sri Sri Ravi Shankar addressed the second Israeli Presidential Conference 2009 today in Jerusalem.
"The youth need vision and mission to resolve the conflict in the region and I am optimistic that patience and perseverance will bring peace,"he said. The conference addressed issues like economic crisis, leadership concerns in Israel and Palestine, continuing ecological deterioration, political instability in the Middle East and Iran's push to acquire nuclear weapons. It also featured addresses by world dignitaries, intellectuals and statesmen like Jimmy Wales, Wikipedia founder, Andre Azoulay, counsellor of His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of Morocco, Cecilia Attias, among others. The session was moderated by reputed talk show host Dan shilon, a release from Art of Living said here today.
