Two get life term for killing friend after homosexual act

A Delhi court today sentenced two men to life term for killing a friend after indulging in a homosexual act with him four years ago.
Additional Sessions Judge R K Jain held Toshif Ali and Mohd Siraj, both in their early 20s, guilty of murder under Section 302 and committing unnatural sex under Section 377 of the IPC.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1,500 on both the convicts after relying upon the statement of Nandu, an eye-witness in the case. Nandu testified that he had seen both the convicts forcefully indulging in unnatural act with Azam.
They had bludgeoned the victim to death after he threatened to reveal their actions to his parents, he said.
