Jammu, June 21 (PTI) An organisation of Kashmiri Pandits today termed the resumption of bilateral talks with Pakistan as"suicidal", saying the neighbouring country has become a"threatre of terror".

Panun Kashmir Chairman Ajay Charungoo said,"It is suicidal to resume talks with Pakistan at a time when it has became a hotbed and theatre of terror."

At a seminar,'Handling of J&K and its contours and implications', he said Pakistan has not made any progress in its investigation into the Mumbai terror attacks.

Pakistan has also not shown any positive response to India's calls to act against the attack conspirators on its soil.
